Data deletion

Every marketing email sent through Communication AI Hub carries a link to your own preferences page. Open it and choose delete my data. No account and no reply from us is needed to start it.

The request reaches the business within seconds and a person reviews it. We do not delete on the click alone, because an erasure cannot be undone and a link in an email can be forwarded or opened by a mail scanner rather than by you.

Write to m.nomanriaz@targethouse.dk from the address you were contacted on, or tell us the telephone number you used. We will find the record and confirm when it is done.

We answer within 30 days, which is the limit the GDPR sets, and usually far sooner.

• Your name, email address, telephone number, and company
• Every tag describing you or your enquiry
• Your engagement history, including opens and clicks
• Any call transcript and the insights drawn from it
• Any suppression entry holding your address

Being straight about this matters more than sounding thorough.

• The record itself remains, anonymised. Its identifying fields are replaced so nothing points back to you. It is kept so the business can still count how many enquiries it received, without knowing who they were from.
• Emails already sent to you are kept, including the address they went to. A business has to be able to show what it sent and to whom, and deleting that record would remove the evidence of its own conduct.
• The record of your consent is kept, for the same reason: it is what shows the basis on which you were contacted.

If you want those removed as well, say so in your request and the business will consider it against what it is required to retain.

If you reached the business through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, the same request covers it. Removing your data from Communication AI Hub does not remove it from Meta; to do that, use the privacy controls in your Facebook or Instagram account.
